Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC.
 </div>Job Description
The Aberdeen IronBirds are seeking an experienced baseball scorer for amateur and professional baseball games played at Ripken Stadium for the 2026 season. 
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to adapt and keep pace with an active and robust control room environment</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of comprehensive experience scoring baseball / softball games at a high level (professional / college) preferred</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of baseball rules is paramount</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Gameplay acumen and experience to make judgement calls to keep the game accurate and moving forward</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Organized, professional and punctual</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Available for up to 25+ games for the season</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Availability to score for outside baseball / softball events / tournaments if needed</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Skills
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Multiple seasons managing or coaching experience (minimum competitive high school conference play) a plus</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience stadium gameday equipment including but not limited to; Daktronics scoreboard, DakStats, pitch clock a plus</li>
