Attain Sports owns and manages four baseball teams: the Baltimore Orioles Double-A affiliate Chesapeake Baysox, the Baltimore Orioles High-A affiliate Frederick Keys, the MLB Draft League Aberdeen IronBirds, and the Atlantic League Professional Baseball Club Spire City Ghost Hounds. Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC.

As a member of our first-rate Game Day staff, you are a critical part of our fans’ experience at the stadium. Our fans are very important to us, and we believe that each should be treated with extraordinary courtesy and respect. Our Game Day staff is comprised of many different positions, all integral in ensuring the experience is great for every fan. 
 
Positions Include:
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Usher
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ushers are responsible for being a positive and welcoming presence to fans by directing them to the seats and different areas of the stadium. Ushers are also responsible ensuring the seats in their assigned sections are wiped down and functional for all fans.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Parking Attendant
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Parking Attendants are responsible for assisting VIP parking clients with parking passes into and out of their designated areas. They are also responsible for assisting fans with handicap parking.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bat Boy
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bat Boys assist the Home Clubhouse Manager in prepping the dugout for game days, cleaning and tearing down the dugout after games, and serve as a bat retriever and ball runner during the game.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Fun Zone Attendant
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Fun Zone Attendants are responsible for the operation and tear down of the Fun Zone every event. Amusement operators will need to strictly adhere to the rules and guidelines of each attraction to ensure the safety of every child.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ticket Taker
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ticket Takers will be responsible for operating the front gate, scanning every ticket that comes through the front gates, upholding Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium entrance policies, as well as answering any questions a fan may have about the location of their seats or any other general questions.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ticket Seller
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ticket Sellers are responsible for facilitating all box office ticket sales at Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium on game days, as well as solving all ticket issues by utilizing ticketing software and answering any questions a fan may have.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Merchandise Store Associate
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Merchandise Store Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, as well as assisting any fan that may have a question. They are also tasked with properly processing payments.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Grounds Crew
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Grounds Crew assists the Head Groundskeeper in preparing the playing field for the games, performing the in-game drag, as well as doing any work necessary to the field post-game as well.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Camera Operator
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Camera Operator is responsible for filming in-game promotions and fans during Keys games. They will be filming within the press box, on the field, and on the concourse.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Official Scorer
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Scorer is responsible for making decisions during games on how plays are scored.  They must also inform the rest of the press box staff when decisions have been made, or changes to the game have occurred (i.e. pitching changes, substitutions, ejections, etc.) </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Mascot
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Mascots are responsible for creating a fun and energetic atmosphere at every home game. They will perform skits, help with on-field promotions, take pictures, sign autographs, and be the face of the organization through actions and appearances.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">On-Field Emcee
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Emcee is responsible for running promotions before and after games and in between innings.  They must keep a balance of professionalism and fun to ensure that timelines are met with completing promotions but also entertaining the fans and maintaining a fun atmosphere between innings. </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">PA Announcer
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The PA Announcer is responsible for announcements made throughout the stadium.  They must keep a balance of professionalism and fun to both meet expectations for the team and its’ sponsors, while also working to inform and keep the fans engaged with the product. </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Merchandise Store Associate
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Merchandise Store Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, as well as assisting any fan that may have a question. They are also tasked with properly processing payments.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Scoreboard Operator
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Scoreboard Operator is responsible for displaying the line score on the scoreboard during games.  They must track each pitch and always keep up with the count and outs, and keep correct score of runs, hits, and errors for each team. </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Music Operator
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Music Operator is responsible for all music and sounds played during Keys games.  They must remain engaged with the game, ensuring that the correct scripted music is played at times for player walkup music, promotions, and in-game events.  They must keep a balance of professionalism and fun to ensure that the teams needs are met, while also boosting the in-stadium entertainment level and maintaining a fun, family atmosphere at Keys games. </li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Message Center Operator
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Message Center Operator is responsible for queueing and displaying graphics on the ribbon board. They must remain engaged with the game, ensuring that the correct scripted graphic is played at times for batters, promotions, and in-game events. </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Visiting Clubhouse Manager
<ul>
<li>The Visiting Clubhouse Manager ensures the visiting team has everything they need for a comfortable and seamless experience, acting as a concierge for players and staff by managing laundry, stocking food/drinks, handling equipment, cleaning the clubhouse, and fulfilling special requests. They are essential for providing hospitality, maintaining the locker room, and handling all logistics.</li>
</ul>

Attain Sports is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
